"Way too expensive for such a small bottle"
I gave Biocidin a try after seeing a few people recommend it, but the price really threw me off. The bottle is small, and for what you’re paying, it just didn’t feel like I was getting much value.
Maybe it works great for some people, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the company is more focused on charging a premium than making it reasonable for regular customers. I don’t think I’d buy it again when there are cheaper options that seem similar

"Wanted to Believe, but I’m Not Totally Convinced"
My practitioner recommended Biocidin, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I really wanted to trust the process, but i didn’t notice a huge difference. It’s also not exactly cheap, which made it harder to feel good about continuing. Maybe it works better for certain people, or maybe I just didn’t use it long enough, I don’t really know. For me, it kind of felt like another supplement I was being told to buy.

"Worked fine for me, but I’d expect support if anything came up"
I’m usually sensitive to supplements, so I took it slow at first. I had a little bloating on day one, but it went away quickly and I didn’t have any headaches or weird reactions after that. Ordering was simple and overall I’m happy with the experience. That said, with products like this, I do expect the company to make it right if someone has an issue or needs compensation

"Customer service never got back to me"
I ordered from biocidin.com and had a question about my order, so I emailed customer service thinking it would be a simple thing to get answered.
Days went by with no response, so I followed up, and still got nothing useful. for how expensive the products are, the lack of basic customer support is ridiculous.
It was just a really frustrating experience overall. I don’t think I’d order from them again unless they seriously improve how they handle customer questions

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the package showed up sooner than I expected. The tracking was easy to follow too, so I wasn’t left guessing where it was. Based on my experience so far, they’ve been reliable.

My digestion did start feeling better, so I’ll give it credit for that. But it took quite a while to notice anything, which was frustrating. I expected it to work sooner, an apology or at least some acknowledgment about the slow results would’ve been appreciated.

"Felt a bit misled, honestly"
I used this for a while hoping I’d notice some kind of boost in my immune support, but I really didn’t feel any different. The way it was presented made me expect more, so I felt a little misled. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I returned my order and did get my refund in the end, but it took a bit longer than I’m used to with other stores. Customer support did respond, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but compared to smoother return processes I’ve had elsewhere, this one could be improved.

"Ingredients actually feel a bit questionable"
I really wanted to like Biocidin, but the ingredient list actually feels kind of mixed to me. Some of the herbs seem solid, but there are also a few things in there I’m not super excited about, and I wish it was clearer how much of each ingredient you’re actually getting. For the price, I expected something cleaner and more transparent. It also didn’t sit that well with me, so overall it’s not terrible, just not something I’d personally buy again.
